Deb and Cam were able to spend a few days on Whidbey Island with us before continuing south, along the west coast of their nationwide road trip.  Jed joined Deb and Cam for the trip down through Washington, Oregon, and northern California.  Bethany and Hosea stayed in WA for a few days, getting a much needed rest from the road.  Then, Bethany and Hosea flew to Fresno, CA, to meet up with Jed, Deb, and Cam.  We spent a few days looking for housing in our new city before parting ways with Deb and Cam.

House rental hunting trip to Fresno was successful!  SO thankful God directed us to this place.

We spent the second half of November in Seattle, reconnecting with our community there, and celebrating the Thanksgiving season with Jed’s mom, Jed’s cousins – Badgero family, Bethany’s brother- BJ and his wife, Sarah, as well as some of Sarah’s extended family.

We spent the final days of November packing all of our belongings, which had been in storage for a year and a half, in Jed’s mom’s basement on Whidbey.  Bethany’s mom flew out to help us make the big road trip to Fresno.  Jed captained and the dogs were the crew on the huge U-haul, which was also pulling our little car behind it.  Bethany, Hosea, and Grandma Nancy all rode in the family car.
